Our Rental Fleet

We have a variety of tents to meet your needs and style. Pole tents are great for lawn events where stakes can be driven into the ground. Frame tents can be weighted down as opposed the staked down and are a great option for paved areas. Another benefit is there are no center poles to get in the way! Finally, we have our high peak frame tents which offer an elevated look to your event.

Please take into account other areas that you may need space in your tent for like dance floors, bar areas and food service. We recommend adding about 25% of the space you would need for your dinner party if you are hosting a full wedding reception. So a wedding for 200 people would be better served by the 40’x80’ tent so there is space for everything else besides dinner!

Tent Accessories

Tent Lighting - We offer both perimeter lighting and overhead lighting options. Typical lighting is either Edison bulb string lights, or LED string lights.

Tent Sidewalls - Side walls help to enclose the space or block off areas. Another benefit to the is keeping heat inside the tent during shoulder season events. Walls can be either full or partial coverage. We offer solid walls or cathedral style window walls.

Chairs

Standard White Folding Chairs - great for backyard parties, corporate events, graduations or large gatherings

Padded White Resin Chairs - These provide a more upscale look for formal events like weddings, ceremonies or events where guests will be seated for a longer duration.

Tables

8’ Folding Banquet Tables - 30” x 8’ plastic folding tables, perfect for food service or banquet style seating.

8’ Banquet Tables - 30”x8’ Wood top tables, provide a more sturdy feel for seated guests

60” Round Tables - These are ideal for dinner parties and wedding receptions, with a sturdy wood top, you can comfortably seat 8 people around this table.

30” High Top Cocktail Tables - Perfect for standing events or mingle areas.

Granite Bar - Tall 8’ long bar with a granite top, provides an upscale serving area for your event.

Linens - We offer standard linens for all our tables in black, white or ivory. Custom colored linens are available upon request.

Dish and Glassware - We are setup to be your one stop shop for your event. We have full sets of dishes, glassware and silverware for your dinner service.
